Everything works fine except for the LAN speed is capped at around 10mb/s. I have updated all the drivers I can think of and even the bios is on the latest flash.

Ok, so i have PC wizrad running because i am trying to play GTA IV And it is running very slow. I have an AMD Athlon x2 QL 64 Its original frequency is 2100mhz and it is running at 1094mhz, when i Problems with the AMD driver (I think). My problems is that the pc want to restart at every start up and that it sometimes just restart without notice. Have tried to upgrade the AMD drivers but it doesn't work at all. Need to put the old driver back again.
